Alexander & Associates has been designing tooling, fixtures, and gages for over 20 years for government and major commercial industries to include automotive, nuclear, machine tools and consumer product applications. We work with our clients during the development stage to help eliminate production problems in both manufacturing and assembly operations. Our design expertise has been developed from our experience with high precision manufacturing operations using ANSI standards and stringent specifications set by our clients.

We have developed equipment for automated assembly lines involving helium vacuum leak testing, verification of a parts position on an assembly station, set-up gages for startup and simple go/no-go gages. Our staff has the technical skills to design and develop set-up, manual and production gages, tooling and fixtures for part manufacturing or assembly operations. We utilize 3D CAD software to model parts and equipment to aid in precise positioning and verification of interferences or other features that could affect the quality of the design.
